Company & Trust Setup
The right structure, set up once, rather than the cheapest one unpicked later.
What this actually is
Structure is one of the few decisions in a small business that is genuinely hard to undo. A company is not automatically better than a sole trader, and a trust is not automatically better than a company. It depends on what you are doing, who else is involved, and what you want in ten years.

What you get, specifically.
- A conversation about what structure actually suits you, before anything is registered
- Company registration with ASIC, or trust deed established
- ABN, TFN, GST and PAYG registrations
- Shareholder, director and trustee setup done properly
- ASIC annual review obligations explained so they do not surprise you
- Restructuring an existing business that has outgrown its setup
- People starting something and wanting it set up right
- Sole traders whose business has got big enough to reconsider
- Families setting up a trust for a business or investments
Three steps, and no surprises in any of them.
Have a chat
Ring, email, or fill in the form. Fifteen minutes on the phone is usually enough to work out what you need and whether I am the right fit.
Send me what you have
Even if it is a shoebox and a bank statement. I will tell you what is missing rather than guess at it.
I do the work
I prepare the work and send you a draft to look over. Nothing is lodged until you have seen it and understood it.
What people ask about company & trust setup.
Should I be a company?
Sometimes. It depends on your income, your risk, who else is involved and what you plan to do with the business. It is a fifteen minute conversation and worth having before you register anything.
